The Candidates of REACH Executive Solutions(RES) represent the most technically competent professionals in their perspective industries and organizations. When we work on a placement assignment, REACH focuses both on the needs of client and the candidate to find individuals who will have an immediate impact within an organization, by performing their job responsibility effectively and proficiently. As a result, our clients pay all fees associated with the placement. We will provide you with personal service as far as: explaining the job; preparing you for your interview(s); providing post-interview follow up; getting answers and providing honest and accurate feedback; and negotiating salary, perks and benefits

We pride ourselves in maintaining complete confidentiality between client and candidate. The information you provide is not shared with any clients nor posted to any external sources without your consent. You will always be contacted by us prior to sharing your background simply because what we view as being an ideal company may not be a place you would consider as your future employer.

Equally important as our pledge of confidentiality is your honesty with us. Our organization builds it’s business partnerships on a foundation of being ethical, open and honest and expect the same from both candidate and client. When we contact a potential candidate regarding a specific opportunity, every effort is made to inform the candidate or what the client expects, including education, travel requirements and compensation. On occasion a candidate is not honest regarding certain criteria (degree, non-compete status, etc). When dishonest information is uncovered, it is often too late to remedy and unfortunately results in the termination of further opportunities. If the candidate is honest and up-front about certain information (i.e. being a few hours short of a degree or even being non-degreed) these areas can often be addressed and in most instances will not be detrimental to the process.
