Roger Frost brings over 20 years experience with some of the world's largest and most profitable Building automation, Engineering and Manufacturing organizations that maintain business models both nationally and internationally. As a retired military Officer and Iraq war veteran, he has worked on numerous assignments in various countries throughout the world, working directly with organizations that do business in Engineering, Procurement and Purchasing through logistical supply chain management utilizing some of the worlds most advanced Information Technology platforms, spanning a vast array of products, goods and services. This experience has enabled him to develop and maintain mutual relationships throughout various organizations operating within specific industries. As a result, this has also allowed him to have clear vision and true understanding of what has helped organizations become and stay successful in National and Global markets. He strongly believes one of the key components are locating and maintaining Technically competent and Proficient individuals who have strong Work ethics and values. He has earned his Master of Business Administration degree (MBA), in addition to earning two Bachelor of Science degrees (BS), and an Associate of Applied Science degree (AS). He has received many other awards of recognition and certifications representing an appreciation of his dedication in the area of teaching and the training of others.
Janelle Hocker brings over 20 years combined experience working with the Worlds largest manufacturer of Automobiles. Along with a plethora of experience in the public and Non-profit sectors, she began her own nationally recognized 501c3 certified Non-profit organization from a grassroots foundation called The Step Higher program. The program has been successful in serving both local and national communities for over 10 years. She currently serves as the organization’s Executive Director. She has also earned her Bachelor of Arts degree (BA) in business and has received numerous state and local awards receiving recognition for her tremendous efforts in helping others to achieve their goals.
Anthony Figgs brings over 20 years combined experience with the worlds largest Manufacturer of Consumer products, in addition he has dedicated his life to the service of helping others, in the area of Fire rescue and life safety. He has earned numerous Professional certifications, along with awards of service and merit from both the state and local jurisdictions. Moreover, he has honorably served as a member of our Nations Armed Forces with The United States Marine Corps and has earned Technical Certifications in Communications and Electronics, along with numerous awards of faithful service and professional conduct for military duty.Always Remember “ The World is Yours….You just must be willing to REACH for it,” and with the proper perspective and preparation any career goal is attainable.
